Across a void of infinite space,
I gaze unto your eyes.
Your eyes I look upon your face,
Still Hoping to see those eyes.
We laugh at times as friends do,
Sharing without deep feeling.
It cuts me through and through and through,

I watch you into the deep dark night,
Hearing the beats and breathing.

A touch so soft and yet, I’m still breathing.
