One thing I have heard a lot when you read about self-help books, about discovering yourself, is that you have to be true to your self.
Is that selfish?
I have always put others first.
I get immense satisfaction in helping others, in serving others, in making other people happy.
So how do I balance that, with being true to ME?
This is something I know I will have to learn. I will need help with this.
It is something that I will probably screw up a few times.
But I am now starting to understand that yes… I need to be True to ME.
I am not one hundred percent sure, but I also believe that being True to ME will also allow me to serve others. It will make other happy.
It is a journey… it’s learning… growing.
I will be True to Me!
